Refunds are provided as store credit only.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted only if requested before the order is dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition.
- A purchase invoice is required to process your request.
- Customers are responsible for all delivery and pickup charges.
- Online orders are exchanged through our online process; in-store purchases are exchanged at the respective store only.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- Damage caused by the customer is not eligible for return.
- Defective or damaged items will be replaced with the same item, subject to availability.
INSPECTION & APPROVAL
- All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
- Customers will be notified via email or phone regarding approval or rejection.
- Replacements depend on stock availability.
